Shipping is free on all orders above Rs. 1,999. Below that, a flat Rs. 99 applies.

No. Every garment is handcrafted and made to order exclusively for you, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, colour, design preference or change of mind. Please review the size chart carefully before ordering.

Only if the product arrives damaged, torn, or defective due to a manufacturing issue. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and a continuous unboxing video (from sealed package to the product fully visible) is mandatory. Claims without a complete unboxing video are not eligible.

Once verified and approved by our quality team, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

No. Credit notes are not issued for returned products, incorrect size selection, change of mind, or any other non-quality-related reason.
