Everything about how your order reaches you, and what happens if something is wrong with it. We ship across India.

Shipping is free on every order

  • Free shipping on every order — no minimum order value.
  • Pay online and get an extra 5% off, applied automatically at checkout.
  • Cash on Delivery carries a flat Rs. 150 handling charge, added at the payment step.

Paying online is the cheaper option on every order: you save the Rs. 150 COD charge and receive an additional 5% off.

When your order is dispatched

Every product is marked with one of two tags:

  • Ready to Ship — in stock, dispatched within 2 to 3 business days.
  • Made to Order — handcrafted for you after you order, dispatched in 10 to 15 business days.

Delivery takes a further 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your pincode. Tracking details are sent by email and SMS as soon as your order ships.

Returns and exchanges

We do not offer returns or exchanges on any product. Please review the size chart and product details carefully before placing your order. Credit notes are not issued for returned products, incorrect size selection, change of mind, or any other non-quality-related reason.

Refunds

A refund will only be considered if you receive a product that is damaged, torn, or defective due to a manufacturing issue.

To raise a refund request:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory. It must be recorded continuously from the moment the sealed package is opened until the product is fully visible.
  • Requests submitted without a complete unboxing video are not eligible for a refund.

Once your claim is verified and approved by our quality team, the refund is processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. House of पटाखा reserves the right to reject any claim that does not meet these conditions.

Cancellations

Made-to-order production begins shortly after your order is placed, so cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of ordering.
