Return, Refund & Credit Note Policy
At House of पटाखा, every garment is handcrafted and made to order exclusively for you. As each piece is produced on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color preference, design preference, or change of mind.
Returns
- We do not offer returns or exchanges on any products.
- Please review the size chart and product details carefully before placing your order.
Credit Note Policy
- Credit notes are not issued for returned products, incorrect size selection, change of mind, or any other non-quality-related reason.
Refund Policy
A refund will only be considered if you receive a product that is:
- Damaged
- Torn
- Defective due to manufacturing issues
To raise a refund request:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- An unboxing video is mandatory. The video must be recorded continuously from the moment the sealed package is opened until the product is fully visible.
- Requests submitted without a complete unboxing video will not be eligible for a refund.
Once your claim is verified and approved by our quality team, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
House of पटाखा reserves the right to reject any claim that does not meet the above conditions.
